This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”); The owner of the website www.lampader.com and Yukarı Dudullu Mah Necip Fazıl Blv. Keyap St. Lampader Tasarım Atölyesi Aydınlatma San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. with; It has been concluded between the website user (“Member”), who has become a member by accepting the following conditions from www.lampader.com, to determine the conditions for the Member to benefit from the Services offered by Lampader. Lampader and the Member will be referred to as the "Party" separately and together as the "Parties" in this Membership Agreement.

For the establishment of this membership agreement, you must enter the requested Member(s) Information and the password you will determine, [Complete Membership] etc. by giving the specified approval and/or permissions. By completing the membership process through Lampader's Site, you have accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and undertake to act in accordance with them. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or terminate your membership immediately. Lampader has the right to change the terms of this contract and to stop the services provided under the contract. Publishing the changes made on existing platforms is the only condition for their validity. Accessing and continuing to use the site will mean that you accept these changes. For this reason, we recommend that you check the text of the "Membership Agreement" frequently.

We kindly ask you to enter your name, e-mail address/mobile phone number and other mandatory information accurately, completely and without errors; If you notice an error, correct it. After the completion of the membership process, you can correct the deficiencies / errors that you notice in the My Account section, which you can access from the Member Login section. Lampader constantly checks the accuracy of the information presented on the Site. However, this situation cannot be evaluated in terms of strict liability. It should be taken into account that the information presented may become out of date. By accepting this contract; You declare that you agree to become a member of the customer satisfaction-oriented "Membership Program", which is created to provide advantages such as general and special campaigns, promotions, promotions, earning points, gaining discounts, giving gift certificates and discounts to Lampader's members, and to benefit from these programs and applications.

 

This contract text is available as a form on our website. A text such as the contract text that is "private" to the member (in which the information is entered as a party) may not be stored separately in our Company's systems.

 

You can terminate your membership at any time with a written notification to our Company through the above-mentioned communication channels, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty; Likewise, our Company may terminate/suspend memberships for various reasons. You have been informed that you have the right to unsubscribe, to contact you by commercial electronic message, sms, e-mail, letter and telephone, and to terminate/refuse the sending of messages to you, with a written notification you will make at any time, without giving any reason. In addition, Lampader has the right to cancel your membership without giving any reason.

 

Within the scope of the Lampader Membership Program, the personal information you provide through the membership page form will be processed for the purposes listed above and for similar purposes, alone and/or in combination with other personal data, to be used commercially, within the scope of legal grounds and membership relationship. Also, we can communicate with you via sms, internet, letter, phone, etc. Your explicit permission will be requested in the membership area to be contacted through channels. It is up to you to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information provided while applying for membership. Lampader is in no way responsible for providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

All kinds of acts and actions that may cause damage to the software and hardware systems of the site and adversely affect its operation are prohibited. Making multiple transactions using automatic programs or software, opening a membership registration or sending excessive amounts of requests or information through automatic methods and similar methods are also prohibited.

 

Users, including but not limited to any kind of computer viruses, trojans and similar malicious software (malware) that may be exposed due to the use of the Site, the use of data and information presented or provided on the Site, the behavior made on the basis of this data and information, or access to the Site, Lampader has no legal or penal responsibility for any and all direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and/or losses that may be incurred by members or other third parties for any reason. You agree, declare and undertake in advance that you will not make any claims or claims under any name from Lampader due to the above-mentioned damages.

 

You accept, declare and undertake in advance the Terms of Use, Distance Sales Agreement, Cancellation, Return and Exchange Conditions along with the Membership Agreement.

 

Disputes arising from this contract are subject to Turkish Law and Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices (Center) are authorized.

 

Protection of Personal Data

 

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the personal data (Identity, Communication) you have shared with Lampader within the scope of Membership Information, especially the personal data (Identity, Communication), can be processed by Lampader, and to the extent and to the extent permitted by the legislation, Lampader's in Turkey and abroad. It can be transferred to business partners and suppliers established outside of Turkey.

 

You can find the details about your personal data, the collection method, purpose of processing and legal reason, as well as your rights, in the "Lampader Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy Policy".

 

On the Lampader website membership page, express consent is requested only for international transfer of your personal data. Your other information is processed within the scope of the membership agreement. You can give explicit consent by ticking the box where your explicit consent is requested and pressing the register button.

 

Electronic Communication Permit

 

By accepting the terms of the membership agreement and showing your will to benefit from the membership advantages, it is possible to provide and present various advantages to you by processing your identity and contact information that you shared with Lampader, and to make all kinds of physical and electronic communications for special advertising, sales, marketing, surveys and similar purposes, and other communication. It was also necessary to request your permission to send messages.

 

Your electronic communication permission is requested with a separate permission box on the membership page. When you check this box and press the Register button, your permission process will be completed. You can revoke your consent at any time.
